KT's BARBECUE SAUCE FOR PORK SPARE RIBS 1 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 c. onion - finely minced 1/2 c. bourbon 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. brown sugar - packed 1/4 c. worchestershire sauce 2 tbsp. Asian chile sauce or hot sauce 1 tbsp. salt Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together well. Slather over pork or chicken liberally before and after cooking. Easy!
