KT's Spicy Marinade 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. white wine vinegar 2 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. Asian chili sauce 1/2 onion, minced 2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 inch ginger, zested 1 small orange, zested and juiced 1 small lemon, zested and juiced Mix all ingredients together and use as marinade or dipping sauce for fish, beef or poultry. Best if marinaded at least 30 minutes, preferrably longer.
